Games listed yes under "only Xbox version" will only allow you to continue playing with your Xbox saves in the Xbox cloud gaming. These titles all share the same trophies too. Games that have yes under "Xbox + PC Version" will sync between cloud, console, and PC and allow you to continue playing from your same save file regardless of those platforms. In the future, I will like to update this list as I test more games. If a title has Xbox 360 or the original Xbox wrote on it, you're clearly only playing the console version so they won't be included here. However, I wouldn't be surprised if this was due to a glitch or bug that will eventually be patched for those games. Xbox play anywhere titles are supposed to share saves between console and PC versions, but that isn't the case for many titles.
